This morning the girls and I played hookie from workout and went to the zoo. It is probably the last day in the 70's for a while and we made the most of it. We had the zoo to our selves most of the time we were there and got to see all the animals and one little special animal that was making his first appearance even to the zoo staff.
We have a lot of Christmas spirit around here. I hope you are all enjoying the holidays as much as these two are. These are our "snow" hats, a name they gave them not us.

We wanted to send you a little Christmas cheer. The girls are very into Christmas this year and loved decorating the house and the tree. They are also enjoying learning Christmas carols and so far know at least parts of: Joy to the World, Away in a Manger, What Child is this, and Jingle Bells. There are probably others but they aren't coming to mind right now. James and I have been busy getting the computer room converted to a nursery. So far everything is out of the room and the rest of the old wallpaper is down, next we need to sand the old hand painted border and then we are ready to paint over the lovely pepto bismol pink and yellow that is there. We have less than 10 weeks to go until we are a party of 5. The girls are getting ready though Kate is in denial and will tell you that she doesn't want to be a big sister (too bad she already is one...). We are hoping to maybe meet the new person on Feb 15th but will know more closer to the date.

We'll try to be a little more frequent in our posting for everyone.
